Performance footage is subject to availability. While we work to document eligible Poet House performances, recording is not guaranteed for every event, performer, or performance.

If we are unable to locate usable footage of the performance listed in your order, your purchase will be refunded in full.

Raw performance videos are delivered digitally to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to locate, prepare, and deliver your file.

Large video files may be delivered through a private download link. Download links may expire, so please save your file after receiving it.

Your purchase provides you with a copy of your performance recording for your personal, portfolio, promotional, and social media use. Purchasing the file does not alter any existing rights or media permissions associated with the original performance or event.
