1. Donations
All donations made to The Poet House are final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
2. Event Registration and Ticket Purchases

Refunds: Tickets for workshops, events, or performances are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Poet House.
