Not included:

• Raw footage
• Both aspect ratios
• Custom graphics or animation
• Custom music
• Extensive audio restoration
• Major creative re-edits
• Additional performances

Your purchase includes one finished format. You’ll select your preferred format on the Performance Media Request Form after checkout.

If you need both formats, additional editing fees may apply.

Every edited performance video includes burned-in captions based on the spoken performance.

To help us caption your work accurately, you may be asked to provide the written text of your poem or performance when completing your Media Request Form.

Minor corrections to captioning or spelling may be requested after delivery. Requests for stylistic caption changes or substantial re-editing are not included in the standard $60 edit.

Please allow 7-10 business days after submitting your completed Performance Media Request Form for your edited video to be prepared.

Your finished video will be delivered digitally to the email address associated with your order, typically through a private download link.

Please download and save your finished file after receiving it. Download links may expire.

If we need additional information to complete your edit, we’ll contact you using the email provided with your order.

Performance footage is subject to availability.

While The Poet House works to document eligible performances, recording is not guaranteed for every event, performer, or performance.

If we are unable to locate usable footage of the performance listed in your order, your $60 purchase will be refunded in full.

Your purchase provides you with a finished copy of your performance video for personal, portfolio, promotional, and social media use.

Purchasing an edited video does not alter any existing media permissions associated with the original Poet House event or performance.
